Notes on documents
If you have a Secondary Certificate of Education, you will need to submit the following documents:
- official secondary school leaving certificate with an overview of subjects and grades, e.g.: "Record of Achievement" / "Senior Statement" / "Statement of Results"
- official proof of qualification for a university entrance, e.g.: “ATAR Advice Notice” / “Tertiary Entrance Statement” / “Universities Admission Index Advice” / “Equivalent National Tertiary Entrance Rank (ENTER) Statement”
If you hold a bachelor‘s degree from an Australian university which was obtained outside Australia and the teaching institution is not explicitly stated on the transcript / Diploma Supplement, you will need to submit the following documents:
- written confirmation from your university of the teaching institution or the campus where you completed your bachelor‘s degree.
If you hold a bachelor‘s degree from an Australian university, but not all academic years were completed at that university, you will need to submit the following documents:
- transcript of records from the teaching institution showing all of the modules which were recognised by the Australian university, including the name of the teaching institution where these modules were completed or
confirmation from the Australian university of the teaching institution at which you completed the modules which were recognised for your degree.
