Notes on documents

Please send us the following documents in the original language and in German or English translation.

If you hold a degree from a university, you will need to submit the following documents:

• Diploma certificate 
• Diploma Supplement

If you completed one or more years of study successfully, you will need to submit the following documents:

• An academic transcript, issued after the completion of the academic year, attesting your successfully completed years.
• Academic transcripts must specify the number of ECTS credits awarded.

If you studied at a private university in Georgia, you will need to submit the following documents:

• The specific decree from the Ministry of Education which confirms the institutional Accreditation/authorisation of your uiversity
• The specific decree of Accreditation of your degree programme from the relevant authority in Georgia

Please submit a copy of these documents in the original language as well as in sworn translation.

If you have a school leaving certificate from Georgia, you will need to submit the following documents:              

• The "sruli zogadi ganatlebis atestati" diploma
• An overview of your subjects and grades at graduation

Your school can issue this informal attestation.

Notes on translations

We only accept translations from Georgia if a Georgian notary attests the signature and identity of the translator. This also applies to translations by a translation agency.
