Notes on documents

If you have a school leaving certificate from Belgium, you will need to submit the following documents:

• Your diploma certificate
• An overview of your subjects and grades from the last school year

If you hold a professional bachelor‘s degree from a Belgian university, such as:

• "Bachelor kurzer Studiendauer" from East Belgium
• "Bachelier professionnel" / "bachelier de type court"
• "Professioneel gerichte Bachelor"

you will additionally need to submit one of the following documents:

• Written confirmation from a Belgian university that admission to a master‘s programme at this university is possible for the subject you have studied, or a related subject, without the requirement of supplementary qualifications
• Proof that you have completed an advanced Bachelor/pre-Master ("passerelle" / "Bachelor-na-Bachelor") that qualifies you to study directly towards a master‘s degree in Belgium
• Proof that you have begun to study towards a master’s degree in Belgium

It is not sufficient that your Diploma Supplement states that OUR are eligible for master’s degree programmes if you hold a professional bachelor’s degree.
