Notes on documents

Please send us the following documents in the original language and in German or English translation.

If you completed your studies at a university, you will need to submit the following document:

• Diploma certificate
• Diploma Supplement

If you have successfully completed one or two years of study, you will need to submit the following documents:

• An academic record covering all of your subjects and grades, issued after completion of the academic year

If you have a school leaving certificate from 2015 onwards, you will also need to submit the following documents:

• General Entrance Exam
• Mongolian language and script exam

Notes on translations

We only accept translations from Mongolia if a Mongolian notary attests the signature and identity of the translator. This also applies to translations by a translation agency.
